Cornish clothing brand Seasalt is growing - the family-run brand has 67 retail stores across the UK and Ireland, as well as 400 wholesale stockists and has reported over 20% year-on-year growth for the last nine consecutive years.
Last year the company secured £16m in investment to support future growth and development in the business.
A vital part of their growth strategy is to reduce the barriers to learning for their 1000 plus employees, and accelerate omni-channel growth to meet their ambitious growth targets.
