Zehnmal mehr Kurse als 2013/14 liefen dabei online über die WIFI-Lernplattform ab. Generell stieg die Akzeptanz vor allem von Blended Learning. Microlearning: Lernen in kleinen Einheiten
Berlin, April 2018 - (von Lena Després, HTTC e.V.) Microlearning ist eine Lernform, die nur rund fünf Minuten Lernzeit in Anspruch nimmt. Es kann gut in berufliche oder auch in Alltagsaktivitäten integriert werden. Angestellte und Führungskräfte können beispielsweise Wartezeiten mit Lernaktivitäten füllen. Mircolearning kann aber auch genutzt werden, wenn bei der Bearbeitung einer Aufgabe ein akuter Wissensbedarf besteht. Voraussetzung für das Microlearning ist, dass entsprechend aufbereitete Lernmaterialien vorhanden sind. Heutzutage nutzt man in der Regel digital aufbereitete Lernmaterialien, die zunehmend auch über mobile Endgeräte wie Smartphones oder Tablets zur Verfügung stehen - sogenannte Learning Nuggets.
